Leaving John O’Groats at 8.30 via A99, A9
Passage Control at Columba Hotel, Inverness around lunch time (1130-1230) then A82
Route check at Kings house Hotel, Glencoe in the afternoon
Then A85, then A84.
Re-start at Stirling Castle with cars arriving from around 1630 and leaving from 1830.
On to Doubletree Hotel, North Queensferry
30 January
From North Queensferry overnight halt route goes round Edinburgh bypass then on to Jedburgh
A68
Route check at Jedburgh Abbey car park mid-morning.
Route check at George Hotel, Piercebridge around lunchtime
A1M to A59 to York
Passage Control at York Eye (Clifford’s Tower) in the afternoon from 1330 – 1530
Then on to Hull Ferry Terminal.
